2. Services Offered

Paint Party Malmö provides the following services:

  • Paint Party Events

  • Private Painting Experiences

  • Open Canvas Sessions

  • Art Classes for Children and Adults

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

  • Payment is required to register for an event or upon arrival at the studio before the event.

  • Payments for bookings must be completed in full to confirm your spot.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellations:

    • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • Requesting Refunds:

  • Studio Cancellations:

    • In the unlikely event that we must cancel an event, we will provide a full refund.

5. Delivery of Services

  • Upon purchasing a ticket, customers will receive a confirmation email with their tickets.

  • Please present this confirmation at the studio on the day of the event.

6. Liability

  • House of Mica Art Studio is not responsible for any accidents or damages that occur at the studio, including but not limited to spills, stains, or personal injuries.

Force Majeure:

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions. If such an event impacts your booking, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Any artwork created by customers during events or sessions is theirs to keep and use as they wish.

  • Customers are welcome to take photos of their work and share them on social media. Tag us @paintpartymalmo

8. Customer Conduct

  • We expect all customers to act respectfully toward staff and other attendees.

  • Paint Party Malmö does not tolerate discrimination based on gender, age, race, or other personal attributes. Everyone is welcome!

9. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
